Currently serving as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Brightwater Care Group Ltd., Suzette has previously held positions such as HR Manager at Paladin Energy Ltd and Senior Human Resources Generalist at BHP Billiton Nickel Operations Pty Ltd. Suzette has a postgraduate degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from RAU and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Development.
