Kim Nace is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership across educational and environmental sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Brightwater Tools since October 2019, Kim Nace focuses on nutrient recovery from wastewater streams through innovative equipment for regenerative sanitation. Prior roles include Executive Director at Rich Earth Institute from March 2012 to January 2020, and Principal at the American International School of Chennai, where leadership involved managing over 75 educators and expanding facilities. Earlier, Kim Nace served as Principal at Central Elementary School, overseeing the merger of two schools and a complete building renovation. Kim Nace holds a Master's degree in International Administration from World Learning and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Keene State College.
