Bri Barron has had extensive work experience at Brightway Insurance. Bri joined the company in 2009 as an Administrative Support Technician and later became a Carrier Liaison and Licensing and Carrier Relations Team Lead. From 2016, Bri held various roles including Special Project Manager, Service Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Customer Engagement. Their roles have involved managing customer engagement, service operations, special projects, and carrier relations.
Bri Barron attended the University of North Florida from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Justice with Summa Cum Laude honors. They have also received certification as a Certified Correctional Officer from the Florida Department of Corrections.
