Charlesetta Amos

Charlesetta Amos has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Charlesetta started their career as an Underwriter/Sales Supervisor at Amica Mutual Insurance in 2000 and worked their way up to become a Sales and Client Services Manager, achieving significant premium growth in Florida. Charlesetta also served as a Branch Manager before leaving the company in 2013.

In 2019, Charlesetta joined Brightway Insurance as an Agency Principal, where they successfully managed the start-up phase of an independent insurance agency. Charlesetta excelled in selling, marketing, and servicing insurance products, and also established strong networking connections to generate continuous client referrals.

Currently, Charlesetta is working at Careerist as a Solutions Engineer Training. Their responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, developing proposals, estimating vendor costs, and managing a high volume of calls. Charlesetta collaborates with various teams to develop solutions and achieve objectives.

Charlesetta Amos, MSM has a diverse educational background. In 2020-2021, they completed a certificate in Game Development from Ed2Go. Earlier, between 2004-2006, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Their undergraduate degree, a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies, was obtained from Central Connecticut State University from 1994-1998. Charlesetta completed their high school education at New Britain High School from 1990-1994. Currently, they are undergoing Solutions Engineer Training at Careerist, starting in 2022.
