Dmitri Maglalang

Dmitri Maglalang has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Dmitri is currently the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Brightway Insurance, a position they have held since April 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Dexter & Company as a Risk Manager & Insurance Broker for high net worth clients from February 2017 to April 2018.

From 1993 to 2016, Dmitri worked at State Farm in various roles. Dmitri was the Commercial Insurance/Personal Insurance Underwriting Manager from October 2010 to December 2016. Before that, they held positions as the Marketing Director from January 2008 to September 2010, Marketing Assistant Director from August 2005 to December 2007, and Marketing Analyst from June 1998 to July 2005. Dmitri started their career at State Farm as a Senior Underwriter in commercial lines, personal lines, life, and health from February 1993 to May 1998.

Dmitri Maglalang, CLU, ChFC, FLMI graduated from Indiana University Indianapolis in 1992 with a BA degree in Finance/Accounting. Dmitri obtained additional certifications, including the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from The American College in 2001. In 2004, they obtained the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation from LOMA Association. Dmitri also holds licenses from the Texas Department of Insurance, including Life, Accident, and Health State License obtained in 2016, and Property and Casualty State License obtained in 2017.
