Randy Maiden is an experienced insurance professional with a comprehensive background in agency operations and marketing. Currently serving as the Owner and Sales Manager at Brightway Insurance since June 2015, Randy has successfully developed and implemented growth strategies and broker partnerships within the independent agency system. Previously, as the Director of Marketing at Capital Risk Underwriters, responsibilities included generating leads and analyzing new business submissions to tailor insurance plans for clients. Additionally, Randy was the Principal Owner of Insurance Icon, Inc., achieving multimillion-dollar production and a customer retention rate of 95%. With a degree in General Lines 220 from the University of Southern Indiana, Randy possesses extensive knowledge in sales, customer service, and agency management.
