Julian Thairo has a diverse work experience in various industries. Julian began their career as a Lead Systems Analyst at Dishnetwork, where they analyzed and improved system processes to enhance data integrity and increase efficiency. Julian then worked as a Business Analyst at Cbeyond, delivering IT solutions and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders. Julian later joined The Coca-Cola Company as a Business Systems Analyst, managing project charters, requirements, and risks. Julian also served as the Manager of Finance Services, overseeing a team that supported the Revenue Shared Services department. Julian then became a Management Consultant at Carters Inc., providing financial and technical skills to implement operational processes and support SAP transitions. Prior to their current role, they worked at Delta Community Credit Union as a Business Operations & Strategy Manager, leading teams through technology transformations and managing relationships with key partners. Julian is currently the Director of Field Operations at Brightwell, where they provide leadership support, drives product implementation, and conducts program reviews for the cruise line industry worldwide.

Julian Thairo has an extensive educational background. Julian pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Daystar University. Julian completed this program between the years 2003 and 2006.

Additionally, Julian completed their Masters in Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from Kennesaw State University. Julian attended this program from 2015 to 2017.

In terms of certifications, Julian obtained a Global Engagement Certification from Kennesaw State University in April 2017. Julian also received a Business Analysis certification from ExpertRating Inc. in February 2011.
