Bryanna Charles

Bryanna Charles has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position at brightwheel as a Customer Onboarding Specialist III since July 2023. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Customer Onboarding Specialist II from July 2022 to June 2023, and as a Customer Onboarding Specialist from December 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining brightwheel, Bryanna worked as a Second Grade Teacher at Houston ISD from August 2018 to December 2021. Bryanna also served as a Campus Interim Substitute Teacher at Fort Bend ISD from February 2018 to May 2018.

In terms of their corporate experience, Bryanna was an Area Sales Manager at IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC from February 2017 to February 2018. Prior to that, they participated in the ECLIPSE Leadership Development Program as a Sales Associate from July 2015 to January 2017.

Bryanna Charles received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Global Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the years 2011 to 2015. In 2014 to 2015, they also pursued French Studies at the Institut catholique de Paris, but did not earn a degree in that field.
