Heather Ponicsan

Heather Ponicsan has over three years of professional experience. Heather began their career in 2017 as an Outside Sales Representative for First Choice Coffee, where they were in charge of generating their own leads and working with various sized businesses in various industries. In 2019, they joined Growth Acceleration Partners as a Business Development Representative. Currently, Heather is employed at Brightwheel, where they have held various roles since 2020, including SaaS Team Lead, Billing Team Lead, Billing Support Specialist II, Billing Support Specialist, Customer Support Advocate, and Sales Development Representative. During their time as a Sales Development Representative, Heather has achieved a high set to close rate and has made over 100 calls a day to Childcare facilities across the US and Canada. Heather has also worked on the Inbound SDR team during peak season in 2020 to aid with high volume of MQLs. Heather has utilized Outreach, Gong, Ambition, and Salesforce platforms in their role.

Heather Ponicsan attended Sam Houston State University from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
