Jeff Richards

Jeff Richards is the Managing Partner at Notable Capital, where they focus on investing $5 million to $25 million in early-to-growth-stage companies, particularly within the software sector. They founded two venture-backed startups—R4, which was acquired by VeriSign, and QuantumShift—and have extensive experience as an advisor and investor, collaborating with numerous CEOs and entrepreneurs. Jeff’s venture capital roles include positions on the boards of several prominent companies and ongoing involvement with various investment initiatives. They also serve on the advisory board for the Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship at Dartmouth College, from which they earned a degree in Government.
