Rahat Ahmed

Rahat Ahmed is the Founder and Managing Partner of Anchorless Bangladesh, a New York-based investment firm dedicated to enhancing global capital flow into significant Bangladeshi opportunities since September 2019. In addition, Rahat co-founded B/deshi in April 2023, aimed at connecting professionals within the Bangladeshi diaspora. Other notable roles include being a Venture Investor and Board Member at Pathao, Agroshift, Shikho, and MyAlice, along with serving as an Advisor at the SAJIDA Foundation and Discovery One Limited. Rahat also engages with the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) as a Strategic Partner to enhance foreign direct investment in Bangladesh. Rahat holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and New York University, completed in 2004.
