Joanna Van Raden ☀️

Joanna Van Raden has over 35 years of work experience in the education field. Joanna began their career as an Educator at Manchester Community Schools in 1984. In 2015, they became a Blended Learning Specialist/Digital Content Creator and Social Media for WriteSteps Writing. Joanna also became a Presenter for Write With Joanna, an Independent Contractor, the same year. In 2017, they were hired as a Professional Learning Specialist for WritingCity, where they designed and presented webinars and training workshops. In 2018, they became a National Presenter/Professional Development Leader for the International Center for Education. Additionally, they were hired as an Expert Customer Experience and Specialist at Apple, where they provided creative and personalized solutions for customers. Most recently, they were hired as a Customer Onboarding Specialist at brightwheel in 2022.

Joanna Van Raden received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Special Education and General Education from Eastern Michigan University. Joanna then earned their Master's Degree in the Art of Teaching from Marygrove College. Finally, they obtained a Certificate in Educational/Instructional Technology from Michigan State University. Additionally, they have an Educational Technology certification.
