KC Calloway has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they were hired as a Sales Development Representative at Brightwheel. In this role, they conducted market research, developed new scripting for the sales floor, and were recognized by the quality team for being on process. They also exceeded sales targets by 8% and proactively sourced additional leads. In 2019, they were promoted to Instructional Coach at Child Crisis Arizona, where they led staff-wide trainings, assisted staff in meeting goal-oriented targets, developed programs to increase family engagement, and identified staff needs. In 2017, they started their career at Little Genius International Kindergarten as a Kindergarten Manager.
