Margreta Thorpe

Margreta Thorpe has been in the workforce since 2013. Margreta began their career as a Teacher at Warren Village, where they were a passionate teacher of a classroom of Early Preschoolers, providing opportunities for social-emotional and physical development. Margreta also tracked learning and development of students using a tool called Teaching Strategies Gold. In the same organization, they later became the Assistant Director of Coaching and Mentoring, where they assisted in managing the day to day operations, provided coaching and development opportunities to teaching staff, and oversaw the implementation of a social emotional program. In 2019, Margreta joined brightwheel as an Onboarding Specialist. In this role, they onboarded brightwheels largest customers, trained and monitored a pipeline of 100+ customers, and was a top performer in activating customers in 30/60/90 days. Margreta was later promoted to Onboarding Specialist Manager, where they coached and supported the roles of 10-11 onboarding specialists, utilized call coaching, process training and 1:1s to help support Customer Onboarding Specialists, and lead weekly team meetings.

Margreta Thorpe obtained a Bachelor of Social Welfare from The University of Kansas with a field of study in Social Work.
