Noah Thaler is a finance professional with extensive experience in private credit investing and investment banking. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Brightwood Capital since January 2021, Noah previously held roles at Piper Sandler where responsibilities included both Investment Banking Associate and Analyst positions from June 2018 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Co-President and various executive roles at the student-run financial investment group 116th & Partners, which was established in 2015. Additional roles include private equity summer analyst positions at StepStone Group and Monroe Capital LLC, along with lobbying experience as a Policy Associate at Capalino+Company. Noah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics from Columbia University and started a career in public service with internships at multiple New York City Mayor's offices.
