Ruth Coulter is a highly experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Brightwork Staffline since January 2025. Previously, Ruth held various leadership roles at Brook Street from July 2021 to January 2025, including Team Leader for the Central Belt and Branch Manager for Glasgow, overseeing a team of consultants and ensuring exceptional service delivery across a national network. Ruth's career at Brook Street began as a Perm Recruitment Consultant from May 2014 to October 2016, achieving recognition as Scotland’s Top Performer in 2015 and for multiple quarters in 2016. Additionally, Ruth has experience in business development and marketing with Chrystal & Hill Ltd and served as Director at Just Recruit (Scotland) LTD, focusing on permanent placements. Ruth is currently pursuing CIPD Level 3 qualifications and has a background in education from Glasgow Caledonian University.
