Ruth Coulter is a highly experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Brightwork Staffline since January 2025. Previously, Ruth held various leadership roles at Brook Street from July 2021 to January 2025, including Team Leader for the Central Belt and Branch Manager for Glasgow, overseeing a team of consultants and ensuring exceptional service delivery across a national network.
