Kimberly Polkinhorn is a seasoned sustainability consultant with extensive experience managing technically complex projects. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Brightworks Sustainability since October 2016, Kimberly leads project teams to achieve advanced environmental outcomes utilizing LEED, Fitwel, and WELL frameworks for prominent technology and real estate development clients in the Bay Area. Previously, at Group 70 International, Inc. from February 2004 to June 2014, Kimberly managed multi-million dollar projects with a focus on sustainability and LEED goals. Kimberly also worked as an Associate at Perkins + Will from May 1996 to February 2004, contributing to all phases of Science & Technology projects. Kimberly holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
