Bogdan G. is an experienced design leader with a strong background in UX/UI and product design, holding various significant roles across multiple companies. Starting as a UX/UI Designer at Asia Gas Pipeline and Asia Faraday, Bogdan advanced to senior positions at GMT and Sberbank, where user research and design strategies improved client engagement and conversion rates. Notable achievements include leading design efforts for a FAANG product at EPAM Systems, scaling design teams at Wallarm and managing a large department at Mish. As a founder of spreent, Bogdan focuses on educational platforms for digital professions. Currently, Bogdan serves as the Head of Design at Brighty App and continues to have an advisory role at IMPLY Studio.
