Joseph Giardina

Joseph Giardina has over 10 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Joseph currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Brigit, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, Joseph worked at Sandata Technologies from June 2019 to February 2022, where they held the role of Software Engineer. In this role, they led multiple complex integrations and served as a lead full stack engineer on multiple projects, utilizing various technologies such as ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL. Joseph also played a crucial role in developing microservices and facilitating the adoption of Terraform as part of the company's infrastructure as code initiative. Before joining Sandata Technologies, Joseph worked at Netsmart as a Software Engineer from June 2017 to June 2019. Joseph also gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Netsmart Technologies in 2016. Earlier in their career, Joseph worked as a Geek Squad member at Best Buy from May 2013 to March 2015 and as a Deckhand at Sayville Ferry Service Inc from June 2011 to May 2013.
