Andrew Belanger, AMS, CMCA

Andrew Belanger has over 17 years of professional experience in the property management industry. Andrew began their career in 2003 as an Accounts Administrator for The Webster Companies. In 2005, they joined TransAction Associates as a Transportation Coordinator. In 2007, they moved to OptHome as a Customer Support Manager. In 2011, they joined Brigs, LLC as an Associate Director of Condominium Management and was promoted to Senior Portfolio Manager in the same year. At Brigs, LLC, they managed a portfolio of 180 properties totaling over 8,000 units in the greater Boston Area.

Andrew Belanger holds a CMCA certification from the Community Associations Institute. Andrew attended Winchester High School from 1994 to 1997, and the University of Vermont from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Political Science.
