Yvonne Urra-Bazain

Yvonne Urra-Bazain has a diverse work experience. Yvonne is currently working as an E-learning Developer at Briljent since August 2022. Prior to that, Yvonne worked as a Freelance Digital Designer at Alawa starting in December 2021. From December 2018 to December 2020, they worked as a Marketing/Patient Education Lead at Infinity Heart Health. Yvonne also worked as a 6th Grade Science Teacher at Conroe Independent School District from July 2019 to December 2019. Yvonne started their teaching career as a Substitute Teacher at Conroe Isd in September 2018 until June 2019. From June 2008 to June 2018, Yvonne served as an Elementary Educator at the Hawaii State Department of Education. Lastly, in August 2004 to May 2005, they worked as a Notetaker at Leeward Community College.

From 2011 to 2012, they attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where they obtained a Master of Education - MEd degree in Curriculum Studies.

Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they also attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa, earning a Bachelor of Education - BEd degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.

Aside from their formal education, Yvonne Urra-Bazain has obtained two additional certifications. In August 2018, they received a Texas Educator Certificate from the State Board for Educator Certification, qualifying their as a Classroom Teacher for Core Subjects in grades EC-6. Furthermore, in May 2023, they obtained an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Web Accessibility from the institution edX.
