Sharda Hazari

Sharda Hazari is a seasoned professional in strategic sourcing with extensive experience in the food and agriculture industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing at Brill, Inc. since February 2018, Sharda oversees the sourcing of various raw materials including fruits, nuts, spices, and preservatives for CSM North America, managing one direct report. Previously at CSM Bakery Solutions, Sharda held multiple roles including Global Strategic Sourcing Manager and Senior Category Buyer, responsible for sourcing diverse categories such as Nuts, Herbs, and Cocoa across North America and Europe. Sharda also provided consulting services for small and medium enterprises and has a rich background in grocery buying from positions at Whole Foods Market and Harry’s Farmers Market. Sharda holds a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Behavior Psychology from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from R. D. National College.
