Erica Kartak is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in client solutions and corporate accounting. Currently serving as a Client Solutions Principal at Brillect since October 2021, Erica excels in developing tailored strategies to connect clients with finance, accounting, human resources, and project management expertise. Previously, Erica held significant roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., including Director of Corporate Accounting Services and Director of Corporate and Timeshare Assurance, where responsibilities included managing large teams, leading financial reporting, and streamlining audit processes. Erica began their career at Arthur Andersen as an Audit Senior, gaining expertise in financial statement audits and compliance. Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
