Kelly Weight has extensive experience in accounting, finance, and project management. Currently working at Brillect as Talent Solutions Executive & Co-Founder, Kelly provides talent solutions for short and long-term projects as well as consulting services. Prior to Brillect, Kelly worked at Microsoft as a Services Account Executive and at Salo LLC as a Senior Business Development Director. With a background in audit and accounting roles at companies like Lawson Software, CUNA Mutual Group, Target, and Arthur Andersen, Kelly brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. Kelly holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
