Steve Stary

Steve Stary is currently the VP of Sales at Brilliant AV. Steve has over 20 years of experience in the industry, and has held various leadership positions during their career.

Steve founded Stary Technologies, Inc. in 1998 and served as the company's CEO for 16 years. Steve was responsible for all aspects of running the small business, including hiring, training, and motivating employees. Steve was also instrumental in developing a automated end-to-end business process that utilized a single software application to manage every aspect of the organization from initial prospect to purchasing, scheduling, invoicing, and collections. In 2014, Steve successfully negotiated and executed the sale of Stary Technologies.

Prior to starting their own company, Steve held the position of Vice President at Service First Electronic Systems from 1996-1998. Steve began their career in 1991 as a partner at The Home Electric (HOME, Inc.).

Steve Stary's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University, an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Coastline College, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Newport Harbor High School.
