Al Davis

Al Davis has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Al currently holds the position of Vice President and Corporate Controller at Brilliant Earth. Prior to that, they worked at Conn's HomePlus, where they held various roles including Director of FP&A, Controller, Director of Corporate Accounting, Director of Corporate Compliance, and Assistant Controller/Assistant Treasurer. Before joining Conn's HomePlus, they worked as an Audit Manager at Cavett, Turner & Wyble, LLP and as an Auditor at Axley & Rode, LLP.

Al Davis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from East Texas Baptist University, attending from 1986 to 1990. Additionally, they became a Certified Public Accountant in 1994 and completed a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in 2021.
