Alberto Sansiberio has over 19 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, strategic sourcing, supply planning, and brand supply chain. Alberto is currently the Senior Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Analytics at Brilliant Earth, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Victoria's Secret as the Director of Strategic Sourcing Beauty from July 2017 to October 2022. Before that, they were the Director of Supply Planning North America at Coty from June 2012 to June 2017, and the Director of Global Brand Supply Chain at Estee Lauder Group of Companies from August 2011 to July 2012. Alberto also held various roles at Coty Prestige, including Manager of New Product Development from January 2010 to August 2011, Planner of New Product Development from December 2007 to January 2010, and Process Engineer of Purchasing from May 2006 to November 2007. Alberto started their career as a Packaging Analyst at Revlon in November 2003 and worked there until July 2004.
Alberto Sansiberio completed their Master's degree in Integrated Manufacturing Systems with a minor in Supply Chain from North Carolina State University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from UCAB between 1997 and 2002. In addition to their formal education, Alberto has also pursued certifications in "Mastering Negotiation and Influence" from MIT Sloan School of Management and "Procurement Strategy" from Cornell University.
