Beth Gerstein

Beth Gerstein is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Brilliant Earth since August 2005, where the focus is on socially responsible diamond jewelry, conflict-free diamonds, fair trade gems, and environmentally responsible gold and platinum. Prior to this role, Beth held positions as an Associate at Booz Allen & Hamilton from January 2000 to June 2001 and as a Technical Associate at Torrey Communications from August 1997 to December 2000. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
