Dan McCauley

Dan McCauley has extensive work experience in the digital field, spanning over 20 years. Dan is currently the Senior Vice President Digital at Brilliant Earth since 2024. Prior to that, they worked at adidas for 15 years, holding various senior positions including Senior Vice President Digital, US, and Vice President of eCommerce, NAM. During their time at adidas, they led the build-out of the digital function, implemented and optimized joint operating models, and re-platformed the US digital business. Before adidas, they worked at Provide Commerce as a Product Owner, Head of Technical Program Management Organization, and Senior Business Systems Analyst. Dan also has experience at Gateway as a Technical Consultant.

Dan McCauley received their Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Oregon State University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
