Elizabeth Churchman

Elizabeth Churchman has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Elizabeth started their career at Bain & Company in 2008, where they held the position of Case Team Leader. During their time there, they specialized in retail and consumer goods & services, with expertise in strategy, operations, and performance improvement. Elizabeth also gained experience in new initiative implementation, and worked with various industries including department stores, grocery, big box, and specialty retail. In 2017, Churchman joined Ross Stores, Inc. and held several roles including Senior Manager, Director, and eventually Vice President of Store Operations Finance & Business Intelligence. Elizabeth was responsible for overseeing financial operations and implementing business intelligence strategies. In 2023, Churchman joined Brilliant Earth as VP of Operations Finance.

Elizabeth Churchman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Harvard Business School from 2012 to 2014.
