Jackie Bobo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jackie is currently working at Brilliant Earth as the Customer Care Training Lead, where they train and certifies new internal employees and third-party call center leaders and trainers. In their previous role at Brilliant Earth, Jackie served as a Customer Experience Trainer, adapting, creating, and maintaining training materials for third-party call center use. Before joining Brilliant Earth, Jackie worked at J.Crew as an Assistant Manager, where they trained sales associates, built customer relationships, and maintained individual and storewide customer relationships. Jackie also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at College of DuPage, Tallahassee Community College, and the University of Cincinnati, teaching various courses. Additionally, Jackie has experience in retail roles at Talbots as a Part-Time Key Holder, Sales Support, and Assistant Manager. Jackie also has experience interning at the U.S. House of Representatives and serving as a Deputy Field Organizer at Organizing for America.

Jackie Bobo obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from DePaul University in 2009. Jackie then pursued a Master of Arts degree in European History at the University of Cincinnati from 2009 to 2011. In 2020, Jackie Bobo also obtained a certification in Grant Writing from the DePaul University School of Continuing and Professional Studies.
