Jacqueline Falk is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in inventory management and customer service. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Brilliant Earth since June 2018, Jacqueline has held various roles including Manager of Order Management and Order Management Lead. Prior experience at Apple spanned from July 2011 to December 2017, where Jacqueline contributed as an Operations Expert, Operations Specialist, Lead Cashier, and Product Specialist, enhancing both sales and customer experiences.
