Kelli Gutierrez

Kelli Gutierrez possesses extensive experience in customer care and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Care at Brilliant Earth since May 2017, with prior roles including Customer Service Manager, Customer Operations Manager, and Customer Experience Assistant Manager. Kelli also contributed to Amnesty International USA as a Field Representative, educating the public about the organization's history and gathering donor information. Kelli's earlier work includes swim instruction at Anderson's Swim School and lifeguarding at Quick Silver Swimming. Kelli holds an Associate of Arts degree in Sociology from De Anza College and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from San Francisco State University.
