Omar Portigliatti

Omar Portigliatti is an accomplished jewelry designer with extensive experience in product design and development. Currently serving as the Associated Director of Product Design & Development at Brilliant Earth since February 2016, Omar leads jewelry design efforts, mentors the Design team, manages product development timelines, and creates visual assets across various media. Prior roles include Senior Design and Product Development Manager and Custom Design and Product Development Manager at Brilliant Earth, as well as Designer at the International Diamond Center, where shop management and custom creations were key responsibilities. Omar's career began at A&C Diamonds and Design as an Apprentice Bench Jeweler, progressing to roles at Browns Jewelry Services Inc and The Jewelers Bench, where Omar honed skills in design and shop management. Educational credentials include a Stone Setting Certificate from the New Approach School for Jewelers and a High School Diploma in Visual Arts from Savannah Arts Academy.
