Sharon Dziesietnik has extensive work experience in customer operations. Sharon started their career at Bank of America in 2006 as a Senior Six Sigma Change Analyst. Sharon then joined Naehas, Inc. in 2009 as a Senior Support Manager. In 2012, Sharon joined Brilliant Earth as a Customer Operations Manager and progressed to become the Director of Customer Operations in 2015. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the VP and later SVP of Customer Operations at Brilliant Earth.
Sharon Dziesietnik completed an MBA in Marketing at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business from 2007 to 2009. Prior to this, they earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Operations Management at Questrom School of Business, Boston University from 2002 to 2006.
