Ann Melinger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Ann is currently the CEO and Owner of Brilliant Ink, an agency focused on designing employee experiences. Ann also served as an Associate at GCI BoxenbaumGrates, specializing in employee communications and change management, where they led the agency's relationships with Dell Inc. and The Coca-Cola Company.

Ann started their career as an intern at Hill & Knowlton.

Ann Melinger attended Syracuse University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Public Affairs.
