Lindsay McCleary, PMP

Lindsay McCleary, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lindsay began their career as a Project Coordinator at the City of Pittsburgh in 2009 and worked there until 2010. In 2010, Lindsay joined 3PC Media as a Project Coordinator in the PMO department, where they worked for two years.

In 2012, Lindsay moved to NASCAR, where they steadily advanced through various positions within the Digital Operations & PMO department. Lindsay started as a Coordinator and was promoted to Senior Coordinator, Manager, and finally Senior Manager, holding each role for about a year.

In 2016, they transitioned to Lowe's Companies, Inc. as an IT Project Manager and stayed there for a year before joining Brilliant Ink in 2017. At Brilliant Ink, Lindsay served as the Manager of Client Services from 2017 to 2019, then they were promoted to Head of Project Management from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Lindsay holds the position of Head of Operations at Brilliant Ink, where they continue to design employee experiences and drive business results through a research-driven approach.

Lindsay McCleary, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh. Lindsay also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development and Change Analytics from Penn State World Campus. Additionally, Lindsay has acquired several certifications, including the Account Accelerator (TM) Programme from Account Management Skills in May 2023, the Agile Hybrid Project Pro Micro-Credential from the Project Management Institute in March 2021, the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2017, and the Certified Associate in Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2012.
