Emma Egnell

Emma Egnell is the co-founder and managing director (VD) of HejEngagemang!, an organization dedicated to fostering engagement and well-being in the workplace, and author of a book focusing on the principles of work psychology to create high-performing teams and organizations. Egnell has extensive experience in strategic communication and content development, serving as Head of Content for Brilliant Minds Foundation and holding advisory roles in various initiatives promoting inclusivity. Additional leadership roles include being a board member at Calle Flygare Teaterskola AB and co-founding several projects, such as HejDigitalt and VidStar Festival. Egnell holds a degree in Economics from Stockholm University and has pursued further education in various communication and leadership programs.
