Chris Norris-LeBlanc

Chris Norris-LeBlanc is a Producer at Brilliant.org. Prior to their current position, they were a Field Instructor at Brandeis University from September 2020 to September 2021. In this role, they mentored pre-service mathematics teachers enrolled in the Brandeis teacher education program. This included curriculum and teaching support bolstered by regular observation and feedback cycles. In addition to mentorship, Chris also directed the CAP certification process for their mentees.

Before Brandeis University, Chris was Rocky Hill Country Day School's previous company. Chris was also with Cambridge Coaching and Harvard University Graduate School of Education. For a brief moment, they even became a co-owner at Fortnight Wine Bar.

From May 2017 to August 2017, Chris worked as a Mathematics Specialist for Breakthrough Collaborative. Chris was also a Mentor Teacher for the same company from May 2015 to August 2015. Lastly, they were a Mathematics Teacher and Cross Country Coach at Providence Country Day School from December 2014 to May 2018.

Chris Norris-LeBlanc has a Bachelor's degree in Theirtory and Mathematics from Brown University. Chris also has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Mathematics Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education. In addition, they have certification from SOLO in Wilderness First Responder.
