Milena Marczak

Milena Marczak MCIPD has worked in a variety of HR roles since 2006. Milena began their career at Tesco PLC, where they held the positions of HR & Payroll Manager, promoted to People Partner, HR Advisor - Tesco Maintenance & Engineering, HR / Compliance Team Leader, and Team Leader. In 2018, they moved to Cerillion Technologies as an HR Manager. In 2020, they took on the role of HR Manager at CCS Homecare Services Ltd and Hikvision UK & Ireland. In 2021, they became HR Manager at ALTEN LTD - UK and is currently HR Manager at Brilliant Planet.

Milena Marczak MCIPD holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016. Milena also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Resources Management from the University of East London.
