Zach Arnold is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, strategy, and product development. Currently serving as Hiring Manager at Brilliant POS since February 2023, Zach previously worked as a Recruiter at Astutia, where the focus was on building high-performance teams for innovative startups. Prior to this, Zach held the position of Head of Strategy at Thiken, a top-ranked digital product studio, and worked in product strategy at Vertigo Music, a social media platform utilizing patented music technology. As Co-founder and Managing Partner at FX Evolve, a financial services firm, Zach provided macro market analysis, and earlier experience includes being an Account Manager at Thundercolor, a digital ad agency.
