Kathryn Narowitz

Kathryn Narowitz, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Manager of People Operations and previously held the role of Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at Brilliant® since June 2022. Before joining Brilliant®, Kathryn was the Sr. Talent Solutions Partner at Mission Veterinary Partners from August 2021 to July 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Valassis from March 2017 to August 2021, Recruitment Specialist at Ciber Global from April 2014 to March 2017, and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from August 2013 to April 2014. Kathryn holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Wayne State University - Mike Ilitch School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Central Michigan University.
