Steffin Shaju

Steffin Shaju is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in network engineering and support. Currently serving as an Information Technology Engineer at Emirates Schools Establishment since September 2022, Steffin has been involved in IT operations for government schools. In addition, Steffin has been working at Brillianz Education since June 2019 in a dual role as an Administrator and IT support, managing back-end support for online webinars, social media accounts, and administrative tasks. Previous experience includes positions as a Wireless Network Engineer at Tata Teleservices Limited, a Network Engineer at Bigframe Technologies Pvt Ltd, and as Technical Support at Liscom Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd, where Steffin provided tier-2 technical support for network quality issues. Steffin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from James College of Engineering and Technology.
