Richard Jacik

Richard Jacik serves as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and General Manager of Brillient’s Health Sector. In this role, Mr. Jacik leads Brillient’s technologists and managers in their efforts as solutions engineers assisting agencies with their Digital Transformation from a legacy environment to a digital ecosystem – enabling friction-free interaction between citizens and business.

Richard is an experienced technologist and business executive and brings 25 years of commercial and public sector experience selling, designing, building, delivering, and managing complex IT programs and initiatives. A programmer by trade, Richard is skilled in managing large organizations and delivering mission-critical programs within complex technical, organizational & stakeholder landscapes.

Prior to joining Brillient, Richard was a Principal with IMI Services, a company that serves the federal contracting community with leadership and strategy services. He has helped federal contractors of all sizes establish a footprint, build capabilities, deliver services & technologies, and grow to the next level. He was a Senior Vice President and Health Sector Executive at Acentia, where he led their federal and public health programs. He was Vice President and Senior Account Executive at CGI, leading their successful efforts to expand to new federal health agencies, including DHA, VA, ONC, and FDA.
