Ronald Marx

Proposals Director at Brillient

As the Proposals Director for Brillient Corporation, Mr. Marx plans, manages, and writes responses to U.S. Government requests for proposals (RFPs) and information (RFIs) across the Health, Civil, and National Security sectors. Ron also organizes proposal resources and assists with management of the Brillient new business pipeline. He has more than 14 years of industry experience as a capture and proposal manager as well as 20 years of Air Force experience in acquisition program management and contracting.

Prior to joining Brillient, Ron led winning health- and defense-related proposals including support to Air Force flight training operations while at Credence Management Solutions. As a Manager at Capgemini Government Solutions, he provided direct on-site support to an agile software development program at the Department of Health and Human Services and led proposals for clients including the U.S. Department of Agriculture. At BAE Systems and Scitor, Ron led proposals for a variety of defense and intelligence community customers. In the Air Force, he led and participated in more than a dozen major competitive acquisitions as a Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative, Contracting Specialist, and Program Manager.

Ron has earned an M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, a Master of Military Operational Art and Science from the Air University, and a B.S. in Economics and Operations Research from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
