Gavin Fugere

Gavin is the Director of Proposals within the Business Development team here at Trillion. He works closely with leadership and partners to manage and support all phases and aspects of the proposal lifecycle, including planning ideation, creation, and submission of proposals.

Gavin joined Trillion in August 2019 as a Deputy Project Manager supporting the DISA JFW contract with agile ceremonies and documentation, as well as served as a scrum master on the DISA GFM program, before joining the Business Development team full time. He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Agilist and has supported the R&D team as a scrum master for the proposal opportunities that require coding challenges.

Before joining Trillion, Gavin served as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for a policy research company for 7 years, supporting requirements analysis, documentation, and project implementation for survey research data collection initiatives with waterfall methodologies.
