Michael R. Grinnan

Michael R. Grinnan, M.B.A., currently serves as Associate Director for Program Management and Delivery at Brillio, where responsibilities include leading engagements and collaborating with cross-functional teams for a Fortune 50 telecom partner. Previously, Michael was the Practice Lead for E-Commerce & Digital Operations at NorthStar Solutions Group, LLC, and operated MGRSR Consulting, providing strategic guidance to startups. Michael's extensive experience includes a tenure as Senior Director of eCommerce at Comcast, where a new online ordering program was launched, and Director of Store Operations at Spencer's, overseeing operations for a 600-store chain. Additionally, substantial contributions were made to omnichannel initiatives in roles at Charming Shoppes and earlier positions in retail systems and sales management. Michael holds two Master's degrees in Business Administration focused on Technology Management and Computer/Information Technology Administration from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
