Vivek Puri

Vivek Puri has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of program management and delivery. Their most recent position was as the Managing Director and Global Practice Head of Customer Experience Solutions at Brillio since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Publicis Sapient as a Group Vice President from May 2017 to May 2021, where they were responsible for integrated delivery, growth strategy, and leading the retail GTM solutions. Before that, Vivek held roles at SapientNitro as the Vice President of Program Management, where they established and led the global delivery model for Omni channel commerce enabled business transformations. Vivek also worked at Sapient as a Director and Senior Manager of Program Management, focusing on SAP BI, utilities, and CRM solutions. Vivek began their career at Intiqua India (erstwhile xchange 21 Pte Ltd) as a Project Manager, working on e-Procurement solutions. Vivek also gained experience as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as an Engineer at Desein Indure Group of Companies.

Vivek Puri completed their Masters in Business Administration from École des Ponts Business School in the year 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Industrial & Production from Manipal Institute of Technology, which they completed in the years 1990 to 1994. Before pursuing higher education, they attended Air Force Bal Bharati School in 1990.
