Arthur Zhao

Arthur Zhao has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations. Arthur began their career in 2000 as a Senior Financial Analyst at Supertex. In 2005, they moved to HSBC Card Services in the same role. In 2008, they joined PayPal as Senior Manager, North American Finance and Head of Finance and Analytics, Braintree (a PayPal company). In 2016, they became Vice President, Finance and Revenue Operations at Marqeta, Inc., where they were responsible for fund raising, building the finance function, and supporting the First Team with pricing strategy and analysis. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Brim Financial.

Arthur Zhao obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Jinan University, Guangzhou, China in 1995. Arthur went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of San Francisco, which they completed in 2000. Arthur also obtained a CFA certification from the CFA Institute.
