Chris Cuylle

Chris Cuylle has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. Chris began their career in 1994 as an Executive Director at CIBC World Markets where they were responsible for securitization, structured finance and structured credit transaction analysis and execution. In 2007, they moved to Desjardins Securities / Bodiam as VP - Structuring & Surveillance, providing advisory services to senior management on NHA MBS Issuance, Canada Mortgage Bond aggregation services and Covered Bond issuance. In 2014, they joined CFF Bank as Assistant Treasurer, managing interest rate risk, liquidity and funding of the bank's residential mortgage portfolio. In 2016, they became a Financial Consultant at Callidus Capital Corp., structuring and completing new financing through a Collateralized Loan Obligation transaction, developing a model and methodology for managing funding to optimize portfolios and cost of funds, and utilizing internal resources and external third-party software to implement and improve cash flow forecasting. In 2019, they took on the role of Treasurer and Controller, Credit Card Portfolio at Brim Financial.

Chris Cuylle received their MBA in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 1999. Chris also obtained a BSc in Computer Science from Western University in 1987.
